【Structure and characteristics】
PTFE seal the series and for the installation of the pressure compensator spring. Graphite block drilling in the two groups do not have the same flow channel, and at right angles between these two groups, two different fluid flow through these two groups to achieve the purpose of heat exchange. The series uses advanced processing technology, heat transfer with high efficiency, stability and reliability, impact resistance and easy maintenance, etc..
This product is currently no industry standard, the manufacturers are not exactly the same model, there are: YKB, YKC, YKD and so on, we normally type YKD said!
【The main advantage】
In addition to the advantages of a series of YKA, there are the following characteristics:
1) did not block graphite heat exchanger central hole, water hole by the side through the other side, heat transfer material block is filled with holes and improve material utilization;
2) graphite block sealing surface around the outer ring only, and YKA series twice inside and outside sealing surface prone to seal failure, greatly facilitate the processing, inspection and repair;
3) heat transfer area of the same volume ratio of the equipment YKA small, more compact equipment;
4) can produce greater equipment specifications;
5, can be designed for multi-process, vertical, horizontal state use.

Heat transfer area: 0.5 ~ 600 m² up to the maximum heat transfer area of 1000 m² m²
